Under the Pilot Go Pass program, eligible graduate students and postdoctoral scholars can purchase the Caltrain Go Pass, which offers unlimited travel on Caltrain. Not only can the Go Pass save commuters hundreds or thousands of dollars a year, but it also facilitates sustainable commuting and other transit use. Starting in June, the price of the Go Pass was reduced from $190 to $100, and it will be offered for free starting Sept. 1.

The pilot program has been extended through 2019 and is a collaboration of the Graduate Student Council, the Stanford University Postdoctoral Association, the Vice Provost for Graduate Education, the Office of Postdoctoral Affairs, and Parking & Transportation Services.
