Residential & Dining Enterprises Stanford Dining and BeWell partnered to host the first BeWell Gardens Harvest Festival. The event was held at the new BeWell Community Garden on Oak Road and featured educational booths, gardening workshops, hands-on activities, cooking demos by Stanford Dining chefs, giveaways, and tours of the gardens. Over 250 people attended the inaugural event on October 7. The event will be an annual celebration and will incorporate additional partners, including the WorkLife Office, which will bring its day care children to the event. Expect more family-friendly events for the 2016 Harvest Festival, including a pumpkin patch, field games, and arts and crafts.
